Privacy Policy
Effective September 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy covers the SMS program of MODNO — client portal invitations and project notifications — and its consent form. MODNO is the registered brand that sends these messages.
Information we record
We record your phone number, client reference, consent or withdrawal, the date, the exact consent text you saw with its version and language, and where you made the choice (the portal sign-in page, the SMS preferences page or an SMS STOP reply). We also record message sending attempts and provider opt-out events to operate the service and honor your choices.
How information is used
We use this information to send the portal invitations and project notifications you agreed to, maintain consent records, provide support and stop messages after withdrawal. Our hosting and messaging providers, including Supabase and Twilio, process information needed to provide these services.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and are not shared with lead generators. Consent information is used only to operate this program, with service providers necessary to deliver it, or as required by law.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent by replying STOP to any message, with “Stop SMS” on the SMS preferences page while signed in to your portal, or by contacting info@modno.org. We retain consent and withdrawal records to honor your choices and document the program. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information; records may need to be retained where required by law.
