These Terms & Conditions cover the SMS program of MODNO, the registered brand that sends these messages.

SMS Terms

MODNO sends text messages to existing customers who explicitly opt in: invitations to the MODNO client portal and notifications about updates to their project, such as new documents, messages from their manager, and status or schedule changes. Messages contain a link to the portal so you can review the update. This program does not include promotional messages.

Consent and email alternative

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of access to your orders: you can always sign in to your client portal with email without agreeing to text messages. Signing in by SMS requires this consent, because we then text you at the phone number you sign in with. The one-time sign-in code is sent only when you request it.

Frequency and charges

Messages are sent when portal access is offered and when there is an update to your project; frequency varies with your project's activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Delivery is subject to carrier availability, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to any MODNO message to opt out, or use “Stop SMS” on the SMS preferences page while signed in to your portal. Messages already being processed or sent may still arrive, along with an opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for help or email info@modno.org. To enroll again, check the consent box when signing in by SMS or on the SMS preferences page; if you replied STOP, reply START first.
